Shipping Policies

We offer FREE International Shipping for all orders over $100SGD, no matter where you are located at.

We ship via Singpost. Albeit not the fastest, they haven't lost a single of the 200+ parcels we have sent out this year. Singapore customers will receive their order on the 2nd working day (Saturday counts as one) as long as you place an order before 10pm. Generally, Malaysia customers will receive their orders within 3-4 days, SEA customers within 10 days and the rest of the world within 18 days.

We have also partnered with DHL Express to offer amazingly fast shipping to your doorstep. Top-up is required on the customer's side. Generally SEA customers will incur ~$8-$10 additional charges while the rest of the world will incur ~$12-$15. Malaysia customers will receive their orders the next day, rest of the world within 3-5 days.

We are ready to include DHL's shipping services in our orders, but we're still in the midst of setting up the website to reflect this. Meanwhile, please email us (see contact below) if you wish to upgrade your shipping method!
